Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item (when that’s required), we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Once the refund is processed on our end, you’ll receive a refund notification from our system. Refunds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that custom products like house signs and decals are non-refundable unless faulty.
