What is your shipping policy?Updated 2 months ago

Dagood ships Australia-wide and to New Zealand. We can also help process orders for other countries manually — please contact us if you’re outside these regions.


How We Ship

We partner with trusted third-party national couriers to deliver your order. While we organise shipping for you, Dagood does not handle deliveries ourselves. You’re also welcome to arrange your own freight if you prefer.

We don’t aim to profit from shipping fees — our goal is simply to get your products to you safely and cost-effectively.


Australian Orders

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Australia.

For regular in-stock items, we pick and pack orders within up to 2 business days, shipping Monday to Friday.

For custom or made-to-order items (such as house signs, decals, or engraved products), production may take up to 10 business days before dispatch.

Note: We ship all items together in one shipment once everything in your order is ready, as customers pay a single shipping fee. If you’d like items shipped separately, please contact us — additional fees will apply.

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave, allowing couriers to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


New Zealand Orders

We ship directly to New Zealand. Delivery timeframes are typically 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

For in-stock items, orders are picked and packed within up to 2 business days. For custom items, production may take up to 10 business days before dispatch.

Shipping costs for New Zealand will be provided during checkout.


Other International Orders

We currently process international orders outside Australia and New Zealand manually.

If you’re outside these regions, please email [email protected], and our team will help with pricing, shipping options, and estimated delivery times.


Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or peak periods.

Custom products like house signs and decals are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
