We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we’ll do our best to help.

• Standard Products:
  You can cancel an order for standard products any time before it’s ready for dispatch or has shipped. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and request. We don’t charge any cancellation fees for standard items.

• Custom Products:
  Custom items, such as house signs and decals, cannot be cancelled once production has started. These products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Once your order is shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. However, you may still request a return or exchange for eligible standard products (custom items excluded).
