Regular In-Stock Items
Processed and dispatched within up to 2 business days after the order is placed.
Orders ship Monday to Friday.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items
(e.g. house signs, decals, engraved products)
May take up to 10 business days to produce before dispatch, depending on complexity and current workload.
We’ll notify you if we anticipate any delays.
Pre-Order Items
If you’ve purchased an item marked as Pre-Order, estimated processing times will be listed on the product page.
Shipping will occur as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse.
Shipping All Items Together
We do not split shipments by default.
Your entire order will be dispatched in one shipment once all items are ready, as customers pay a single shipping fee.
Unless requested otherwise: If you’d prefer separate shipments for ready items, please let us know. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Rush Orders
If you need your order sooner, please contact us directly at [email protected] or call us.
There’s no additional fee for rush requests where we can accommodate them.
International Orders
Processing times for international orders are the same: up to 2 business days for in-stock items, and up to 10 business days for custom items before dispatch.
Please note international shipping times and customs clearance may affect delivery.
Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to your order are possible within the first 24 hours after placing your order.
After 24 hours, or once production has started on custom items, changes may no longer be possible.
Tip: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, or a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
