If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our website chat or email us at [email protected].

• Standard Products:
  Orders for standard items can usually be cancelled if they haven’t entered processing or been shipped yet.

• Custom Products:
  Custom items, like house signs and decals, cannot be cancelled once production has started, as these are made specifically for you.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. However, you may still be able to arrange a return or exchange for eligible standard products.
