Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll assess the situation and offer a solution.

Lost Packages:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with our courier partners.

While we can’t always guarantee an exact replacement due to stock availability, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you’re looked after.
