What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 2 months ago

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item you received

  • The name or details of the item you were expecting

Before contacting us, double-check your package and packing slip in case part of your order was shipped separately.

While we can’t always guarantee a direct replacement due to potential stock limitations, we’ll work with you to resolve the situation as best we can and ensure you’re looked after.
